Refund Policy

1. Overview

We strive to provide the best services to our users. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a transparent refund and cancellation policy under specific conditions.

2. Refund Policy for Services

Refund will be considered only if the customer emails us at info@ srimatth.com within 2 hours of payment. No refund shall be entertained after the expiry of two hours from the time of payment.

No refund shall be made if the data provided by the customer is incorrect. However, if the customer emails us within an hour of ordering the report, we will consider making changes.

Once the report is delivered to the customer, no refund shall be made.

All eligible refunds shall be made within seven business days from the date of receipt of the request. However, this is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank/payment gateway.

In case of double payment made by mistake against a single order, one payment will be refunded.

All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway, or any other charges that may have been borne by srimatth.com in processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy for Products

All printable products are non-returnable.

If the customer finds the product in damaged/defective/broken condition, they may apply for a replacement or refund by emailing info@ srimatth.com within two working days of delivery. No refund shall be entertained after the expiry of two days from the date of delivery.

All products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along with any bills and labels. Customers need to register a dispute by sending an email with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 2 days of delivery. Disputes registered after two days of delivery may not be entertained.

In case of double payment made by mistake against a single order, one payment will be refunded.

All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty, and/or any other charges that may have been borne by srimatth.com in processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable. However, no deductions shall be made if the refund is due to a damaged/defective/broken product.
